We work deeply and holistically, with personalised support throughout the process.

Individual sessions are delivered online, allowing you to take part from the privacy and comfort of your own home. There is no travelling and no pressure — you can access support in a way that fits around your life.

The Habit Architect Method

The Habit Architect Method combines behavioural psychology, subconscious work, stress regulation and transformational conversation.

It does not focus only on what can be seen on the surface. It explores what may be happening at the source.

You will learn practical ways to help your nervous system return to a greater sense of safety, calm and balance.

About the Habit Architect

I specialise in supporting behavioural change in women who want to improve their relationship with food, their body and themselves.

My work is for women who want to experience greater lightness in both body and mind, move away from constant struggle and begin

living in a way that feels more aligned with who they are.

I hold internationally recognised qualifications and have practical experience in:
